The property overlooks the neighboring ranch to the north, with pretty year round views of Quartz Hill.

The Marble Mountain Wilderness is part of the Klamath National Forest and the closest trailhead to the property is the Shackleford Trailhead, leading to Campbell Lake.  This primitive wilderness area allows for hiking, horseback riding, deer and bear hunting and trout fishing, but is closest to all motorized vehicles, including bicycles. The Pacific Crest Trail passes through.  This is special location for those who really love and enjoy nature.  It's a four seasons climate, and you should expect a little snow in the winter.
