PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS:

• 605 acres under production with 480 acres irrigated with 6 pivots and 125 acres irrigated by 8 wheel lines and several guns. Most of the ranch is in grass/mix hay and the remainder is in alfalfa. There is 290 acres of irrigated pasture. 90 acres under pivot and 200 flood irrigated. The remaining ranch acreage is used for grazing.

There are 4 ag wells, one produces 5000 GPM pumping 1500 GPM with a 60 HP, second well produces 4000 GPM pumping 2000 GPM using 125 HP, third well pumps 1100 GPM with a 150 HP diesel pump and the last well provides 600 from a 50 HP. There is a15 HP booster pump in the creek and a 30 HP pump in the pond, one 30 HP back-up pump.
• This is a dream come true for the avid hunter. The ranch is located in the X3B hunting zone and qualifies for two land owner tags obtained through Fish and Wildlife. Waterfowl hunting is at a premium, sitting at the base of the reservoir, the birds flock in by the hundreds. The ranch has six, two man blinds and one three man blind strategically located for maximum shooting opportunities. It's not unusual to see a large herd of antelope crossing the ranch.
