The property is off-grid, with a Pelton Wheel for hydro-electric power, a septic system and year round creek water. One of the previous owners has provided a detailed handwritten history of the property and its occupants through the years, available if you’re interested. You can ride or hike right from the property and reach other trails and high mountain lakes. The Trinity Alps aren't far to the east and the Russian Wilderness to the north. It's about 6 miles back to Cecilville (where you can get fuel, food and drinks). This Siskiyou County retreat ranch is a unique place - these kind of properties don't come along often!
