Kody was born and raised on his family’s cattle ranch and vineyard on the Central Coast of California. He is a sixth-generation cattle rancher and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Kody holds licenses as a real estate broker and real estate appraiser and the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Kody has extensive experience with cattle ranches and conservation easements and is actively involved with organizations within those industries. Kody also serves on the Assessment Appeals Board of San Luis Obispo County.
Kody returned to the family ranch with his wife and two young children and helps run the cattle and vineyard operations alongside his parents. In his spare time, Kody enjoys hunting, roping, and exploring the ranch with his young family.
