We are honored to be named one of America’s Best Brokerages for the 13th consecutive year by The Land Report! 2011-2024. In the latest Deals of the Year issue of the Land Report, the editors presented the 2024 survey of the “leading real estate brokerages specializing in land.” As a company, we are extremely proud of our team and thankful for the trust we receive from our clients when they consider buying or selling.

We have been recognized as a top brokerage for Q2! The Land.com Land Star Awards program recognizes the top brokers and agents in rural real estate.

2023 APEX Award Winners

Our very own Todd Renfrew, ALC, and Bruce Renfrew, ALC, have both been recognized as a part of the APEX 2023 Producers Club by the REALTORS^® Land Institute! We are immensely proud for their unwavering dedication and their consistent drive to push boundaries!

Todd Renfrew, ALC, received the APEX award from 2018-2023, was the National Broker of the Year in AG Land sales – Ranches in 2021 and 2020, and was Top 20 in the Nation in 2018 & 2021. Bruce Renfrew, ALC, has received the APEX Award from 2022-2023. Jim Martin has received the APEX Award in 2022.

The RLI’s 2024 National Land Conference took place this year in Louisville, KY. The APEX Awards Program celebrated its seventh year by welcoming 200 applicants totaling a combined $6.1+ billion in qualifying transaction volume, 7,596 transaction sides, & over 966,000 acres sold.

Doren Morgan Receives the Accredited Land Consultants (ALC)

Our agent, Doren Morgan, deserves a huge congratulations! 🎉 Doren now belongs to the exclusive group of Accredited Land Consultants (ALC). ALC title holders are the most prestigious, most experienced, and highest-performing land sales experts in their area. Achieving the ALC designation is not an easy feat. It can take years to complete the rigorous education program and establish a proven track record of transaction performance in land before an agent can qualify. Having the ALC Designation gives brokers the knowledge they need to close deals and speak confidently with their clients. Doren joins Todd Renfrew and Bruce Renfrew, both of whom also hold the prestigious ALC title for COP!

TODD RENFREW WINS APEX 2020 NATIONAL BROKER OF THE YEAR

Todd Renfrew, ALC, was recognized as the REALTORS Land Institute’s APEX 2020 National Broker of the Year for AgLand Sales: Ranches. The award recognizes the applicant with the highest qualifying transaction volume in ranch sales.

Renfrew received the award from RLI CEO Aubrie Kobernus, MBA, RCE, as well as The Land Report’s Co-founder Eric O’Keefe on Wednesday, March 17, during RLI’s 2021 Virtual National Land Conference.

“This is a great honor to receive! I have a great team behind me at COP, couldn’t have done it without them” said Renfrew upon receiving the award.

“We are proud of Todd and all of our members that were recognized for their accomplishments in 2020. They truly are the cream of the crop when it comes to land real estate professionals,” said Kobernus about the award winners.

The APEX Awards Program celebrated its fourth year by tripling in size since its inception, with 140 applicants totaling a combined $3.5 billion in qualifying transaction volume. All land professionals recognized as part of the RLI APEX Awards Program are active members of RLI.

Cabela’s Trophy Properties Presents Awards to Top Sales Representatives

SIDNEY, Neb. (July 09, 2010) – Nebraska-based Cabela’s Trophy Properties, an international affiliation of independent recreational real estate and land owner service experts, presented several awards to top sales representatives at its annual conference in San Diego, Calif., June 16-18.

The highest honor, the Top Gun Award, went to Mike Lashley of Lashley Land and Recreational Brokers in North Platte, Neb., for achieving the highest sales numbers.

The Real Estate Achievement Award was presented to Todd Renfrew of California Outdoor Properties based in Vacaville, Calif., for best exemplifying dedication to the industry while retaining Cabela’s core values of integrity, honesty, respect and quality service.

Outstanding Customer Service awards were given to Aaron Graham of Premier Outdoor Properties Inc. in Gretna, Neb., and Mark Hamel of Heartland Partners Realty and Auctioneers in Arapahoe, Neb.

Cabela’s Trophy Properties Outstanding Office Administrator Award

At the Cabela’s Trophy Properties Conference held in Omaha, NE on April 5, 2012, Marty Renfrew was honored as the Outstanding Office Administrator for 2011.
