The property includes a small log pond and sawmill, and a rock pit. The terrain is varied, mostly hillside with several benches tucked in. The lower portion of the property burned several years ago. It's a private location with pretty views and is about an hour’s drive from Yreka (down the Klamath River). The north and east sides are bordered by Klamath National Forest.
