Go 3/10s of a mile and stay left.
Go another 6/10s and go right.
Go another 4/10s of a mile and go left and up the hill.
From there go 1/10 mile +/- and the property is on your south side for a half mile.
When you see a clear cut, you're at the north west corner of the property.
