The Estate is bordered by a number of smaller vineyard operations as well as backing up against Kendall Jackson’s prized Outland Ridge Estate Pinot Noir vineyard.

The Estate’s vineyards consistently produce 90 point or better wines yielding over 65 to 105 tons wherein about 40% is used for onsite production with the remainder being sold for an estate premium to some of California’s finest labels. The Winery itself is situated on the high northern end of the Estate.The Winery’s production capacity stands at about 4,500 cases. Retail and wholesale sales are facilitated through the winery’s offsite tasting room in Philo.

The Estate, though, is much more than a vineyard and winery operation. The vines are planted in such a way to act as a man-made enhancement to already naturally stunning setting whose natural corridors act as a wildlife sanctuary teeming with native Colombian Blacktail deer, wild turkeys, quail, wild boar, blue grouse, ducks and the occasional black bear and predator.
